How to reach us

Email support@wealthyjack.com. We answer within two business days.

What to include

• The email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
• What you were trying to do, and the page you were on.
• What happened instead. A screenshot helps; please hide any account numbers first.

We never ask for your password

We will never ask for your password, your sign-in codes or your bank login, by email, phone or anywhere else. If someone asks, it is not us: do not reply, and tell us at support@wealthyjack.com.

Delete your data

In the app, open Settings → Delete my account. You can export everything first in Settings → Export. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@wealthyjack.com from your account email and we will do it for you.

Install on your phone

WealthyJack works in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

On an iPhone:

1. Open app.wealthyjack.com in Safari and tap Share.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen.

On Android:

1. Open app.wealthyjack.com in Chrome and open the browser menu.
2. Tap Add to Home screen.
