Terms of Service
Effective: October 28, 2026 · Provider: Wealthy Jack LLC, 971 US Highway 202N, Suite N, Branchburg, New Jersey 08876 ("we", "us")
These terms are written to be read. If a sentence is unclear, support@wealthyjack.com will explain it.
1. What WealthyJack is
WealthyJack shows you your money: accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, bills, debts and a score. It reads; it never moves money. It cannot pay, transfer, or change anything at your bank. Everything it shows is information to help you decide, not financial, tax or legal advice. Figures such as payoff dates, projections and exchange-rate conversions are estimates.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you may use WealthyJack only as a member of a household created by a parent or guardian who has accepted these terms for the household. You need an invitation or an open sign-up, one account per person. Sharing a login is not allowed; households exist so each person has their own.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at support@wealthyjack.com if you think someone else has used it.
4. Connecting a bank
Bank connections run through Plaid Inc. When you connect an account you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy (https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy). We request read-only access: account details, balances and transactions. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which also deletes the data that connection brought in, and you can revoke access at your bank or at my.plaid.com.
5. Households
A household's creator and adults decide which accounts other members can see. Dependents see only what is assigned or shared to them. Each member keeps their own login, budgets, goals and notes. If no adult remains, the household ends and everyone keeps their own data.
6. Your data
Your data is yours. You can export it (Settings → Export) and delete your account (Settings → Delete), which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your data and never show advertising.
7. Plans and payment
WealthyJack has two plans. Free is free forever and needs no card: manual accounts, statement imports, budgets, goals, bills and debts. Plus adds live bank connections and AI help, and covers your whole household: one person (the household creator or an adult) pays, and everyone in the household gets Plus. The price, monthly or yearly, and what each plan includes are shown on Settings → Plan before you pay.
- Trial. Plus starts with a free trial (the length is on the plan page; one trial per payer). You add a card when you start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We remind you 3 days before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.
- Renewal. Plus renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or change your card any time in Settings → Plan → Manage plan; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the end of the period already paid.
- A payment that fails. If your card is declined we tell you, and you keep Plus for 7 days while you update it. After that your household moves to Free.
- Back on Free. Nothing is deleted: your accounts and history stay. Bank syncing pauses and the paid features are locked. If you stay on Free for 30 days, your bank connections are released (we tell you a week before) and the accounts stay as manual history; you can connect them again on Plus.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure pages; we never see or store your card number. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, upload malware, or use WealthyJack for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep WealthyJack running, but it may be unavailable at times, and features may change. We will give notice in the app before removing a feature you rely on and before any change to these terms that reduces your rights.
10. Liability
WealthyJack is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on what it shows, for bank data that arrives late or wrong, or for indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
11. Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States; disputes go to its courts unless your local consumer law gives you another forum. Questions: support@wealthyjack.com.
